A Meta Business Solution Provider. The request and response shapes are the Cloud API’s, but the account and its paperwork go through 360dialog rather than through Meta directly.

Scope. This integration sends WhatsApp. This provider has no delivery webhook wired yet: a send is recorded with the acceptance outcome and any error code it returned, not with a later delivery status. Routing and automatic failover, per-number pacing and segment accounting are SMS-channel features rather than WhatsApp ones: a WhatsApp send goes out on the single connection you configure. Opt-out suppression is applied to marketing sends on every channel. Whaleal Platform is a message orchestration layer: it calls 360dialog’s public API using your account. We do not resell message volume, do not mark up your 360dialog bill, and do not own your account.

What you need from 360dialog

Gather these in the 360dialog portal first. The connection form asks for exactly these fields and nothing more.

Credentials are sealed with AES-256-GCM and the console only ever shows a masked value afterwards. Plaintext is never written to logs and never sent back to the browser.

What we configure on the connection

  • Default send pacing: 20 messages per second. This is a conservative starting point, applied per connection, and you can change it at any time. Your real ceiling is set by 360dialog — check your account quota and raise the value to match.
